Description

Splendid pale straw yellow color, slightly pearlescent. Beautiful effervescence with very fine bubbles.

Complex aromatics with hints of citrus peel and exotic fruits, quite atypical for Pinot Noir!

We also discovered notes of spice, vanilla and cinnamon.

The palate reveals tension and vivacity, echoing earlier citrus peel notes, and sneaky hints of pineapple throughout the generous length.
